Dr. Sujeet Shenoi received his B.S. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1981, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Kansas State University. Dr. Shenoi is involved in several computer security projects: analysis and verification of cryptographic protocols, intrusion detection and countermeasures for computer and telecommunications networks, secure interoperability and programmable security. He is also spearheading the
University of Tulsa Federal Cyber Service Initiative that trains information assurance professionals for service with the U.S. Federal Government. Dr. Shenoi is the founder of the Tulsa Undergraduate Research Challenge (TURC), a nationally recognized program of scholarship and service. For his innovative strategies integrating academics, research and service, Dr. Shenoi was named the 1998-1999 U.S. Professor of the Year by the Carnegie Foundation. |

Dr. Hale received his B.S. in 1990, M.S. in 1992, and Ph. D. in 1997 all in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa. He serves as the Director of the Center for Information Security at the University
of Tulsa. His research interests include: network attack modeling, analysis and visualization, secure operating systems, programmable security, distributed system verification, policy coordination. |

Dr. Mauricio Papa is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Tulsa. Dr. Papa's general research interests are in distributed systems, computer security and intelligent control systems. Dr. Papa received his B.S. (Electrical Engineering) degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1992 and his M.S. (Electrical Engineering) and Ph.D. (Computer Science) degrees from the University of Tulsa in 1996 and 2001 respectively. His research interests include: cryptographic protocol verification, programmable security, and intelligent control systems. |

Dr. Marks received his B.S. degree in mathematics from Central Michigan University, M.S. degrees in mathematics and meteorology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and University of Maryland
respt. and a Ph.D. in Information Technology from George Mason University in 1997. His government service included hurricane modeling with the National Weather Service and information security work with the Department of Defense and the National Institute of Standards and Technology. His research interests include database security, modeling and simulation techniques, cryptography, telecommunications security and forensics. |

Dr. Manes received his B.S. in 2000, M.S. in 2002, and Ph. D. in 2004 all in Computer Science from the
University of Tulsa. His research interests include: digital forensics, telecommunications and network security, and digital rights management in peer-to-peer networks. |
